This rail was designed to fit the rolling toolbox (48-22-8426) rear handle. The 2" by 1/8" aluminum bar is included and can come "as is" or with cutouts designed to hold the packout feet.

I liked it a lot
nice item, very useful
Shipping took a minute but end product seems reasonable enough. Time will tell as to durability.
Was not a big fan of this hanger on the box maybe for other applications
